Found this on Grant Newby's Wooden Surfboard site.

This lady in North Cornwall UK, built and still rides this belly board from the 1950's
More proof of the power of surf stoke ;)

Is her name "BB" as shown burn written in the nose of the board?

Also interesting to see the board "screwed together" along the periphery. Any more info on that?
