Hahaha, That's one of my good friend that works for the Fire Department and he also riding one of my board that he had me make for him many years ago, I think he needs a bigger size board now.....

Lacanau Plage, fun place. My son and spent 4-5 days there back in 2000. A different worldly experience that is for sure. Most of the time we went surfing the next village north, Carcans Plage, and one day a drive-around up to Plage Gurp. Le Gurp Plage was an interesting experience as it is a naturiste area, and of course we thought meant a protected nature preserve. In a way it was!
Loved the ham and cheese on French bread (duh) sandwiches, good coffee and wine, and the slowed-down pace.
