First Paipo Commission Finished

Just finished this recycled redwood and balsa paipo for a former archivist at the Surfing Heritage Foundation.
The black marks on the redwood are iron stains from old fasteners.

47" X 18" X < ¾"

Uncle Grumpy, where did Becki head off to? She will be missed at the SHF.

Gorgeous.
Is it designed to be ridden or a show-piece?

Rod,
Becki took a job (for much better pay) as an executive assistant in Mission Viejo. She says she will still volunteer at SHF on occasion.

Jack,
All the boards I make are RIDERS!
Wall hangers are for hodads, has-beens and wannabes...........

That's what I thought, but it's prettier than most "show" ones I've seen . . .
