I bought it in San Diego, but I imagine it's probably an L.A. board originally made in the 60's (?) SoCal is/was a hotbed of board makers that have come & gone. I've asked everyone I've found localy, and on the net, No joy. No one has offered any info so far. Aparently this thing is definitely a...

I bought it from a little old lady at a yard sale. She thought it was a skateboard. :lol:

It would make a nice little rider, but I'm 6'4-230. LOL. She a bit ugly, but surprising solid. No real delam and solid fins. Been rode hard and patched several times by someone that didn't own any sandpaper (-; Got to love old glass... Won't be able to make that LBCC meet, but I've got a few interes...

Thanks, Yeah I checked Stanley's and every other source I know. That's why I'm asking you guys.
The previous owner knows nothing about it's history. I've submitted pix of the board to them for posterity.

BTW- That sweet vintage Greek spoon in the Stanleys Paipo section is mine.

Does anyone have any info on this 40 inch, twin fin "Pacific Paipo"?
Company history? Age? Etc?
I might be willing to trade for a contemporary longboard in the San Diego area.
