The inventor mentions "new and useful improvements in beach coasters" as though that were the preferred name for a bellyboard at that time. He also uses the term "beach coasting," and sometimes simply calls the board "the coaster" Something to keep in mind when looking ...

I recently sold my BAQ Wava Hull to raffdog19. As part of the deal, I asked him to round up the History on this board...maybe interview the inventor. raffdog19 also mentioned that the inventor's nephew is getting the latest version of the Wave Hull next week.

The Beach Coaster

A 100 year old design. A combination of rigid and flexible materials that might do well in choppy conditions.
