Re: New vipers are out.
I still wish the mike stewart vipers would stand up to a bit of reef rock walking, there my fav fins ever , but after busting 2 pairs (cracking cross the foot pocket) in less than 6 months, i'll have to forget they exist. I had the old viper orange dots and was happy with them, but g-land reef also ...

In theory the flex pattern is supposed to be superior of that of stiff bit of wood down the center. How re you finding it compared to a ...

Re: Couple of welsh waves today
Got a few more pics from a friend from sat and sundays surf. Its funny to see what positions you get in to do moves that you have no idea you do till you see the pic. The one where my leg is in the air my friend called the "pissing dog" I;m doing a reverse spin and leaning so hard on the i...

Re: Wedge wars.
I surfed the wedge about 15 years ago, it's a horrible close out, look at all the videos on youtube and you will hardly see a wave made or barrel exited, whats in the vids are the edited good waves and there not being made! I think bodysurfers probably get the most out of the wedge so let them have ...

Re: Hoyte WaveArrow Paipo
interesting board, would that be considered a hydrofoil rail?
Re: Ireland
No, non of the pics are of mini mundaka (its a reef so a stupid name really), it takes a super North swell to break which is rare, with a W/NW swell ER can be 8ft and mini is still only 1ft! I would head straight for ireland of your doing a trip across here, it looks just like wales and has far bett...
Re: Ireland
Glad you guys noticed my "trick maneuver" lol. I developed a trick back in my early days of bodyboarding were when i was trying to hurl myself into a 360 to hard I ended up rolling onto my side, I then realized I could do a spin in this odd position. A friend named it "cat on the mat&...
