Those are about my temperatures maybe a little cooler and I usually use a 4-3. Are you using a hood and socks? They make a big difference to me.

I wear a 5/3 backzip during the winter (water temp 12°c), with a hood, gloves and socks, it is ok.
I also use these to prevent water entries:

It makes a difference !

Hi Zensuni I put elastic bands around my ankles never seen these before, I looked at some dive suits but arm movements are limited as I use one arm for padding on to waves they won’t work.

A couple of the wetsuit makers do a vest with the hood attached.
I have one I use when it's really cold and I put it on last which does a really good job of sealing off the neck and zipper.
If it's really cold, I sometimes wear a thin wool sleeveless undershirt under the wetsuit as well. It works surprisingly well.

I am not familiar with the Adrenaline brand. The main thing is selecting a wetsuit that fits and provides freedom of movement. For reason, Rip Curls just don't fit my upper body, O'Neil does, so I go from there. Sometimes moving up a grade within a brand name can make a huge difference in warmth.

My 6/4 O'Neil was bought in N. Oregon, mostly for use when surfing up in that area and for some must-go winter sessions in Maryland, USA. It has an integrated hoodie that seals the face fairly well. I can also manage okay in N. Oregon waters with my 4/3 and a titanium hooded vest underneath, those work surprisingly well as Grumpy mentioned.

...and plenty of bootie foot cover and gloves. In the cold water I will usually layer my booties with titanium 1mm inside and a 4-5mm outer fin sock.
