Merchant's Row Paipo

As I make my own first board, I had to pick up something to ride in the meantime ;) Luckily, a local craftsman was offering his first, prototype paipo for sale. Paulownia, mahogany and walnut (42X22X3/4). Ooo, getting very excited.

"My spending spree is now over though"
Paipo surfer in repose,
Nose on the nose,
No grunting he-man pose.
See how fast he goes!
What is it he knows?

Hee, hee. Yeah, that was part of the spending spree. All the woodworking supplies just pushed it over the edge. Now I've got to go sell some gear! Anyone want a really nice kneeboard?

It's a nice looking board.
Dimensions?
Interesting fin placement, make sure you give us a ride report.

(42X 22 X 3/4) so, definitely more of a bodyboard style. The fins and stringers are actually one piece. The whole thing has an epoxy coating. Yes, definitely curious to see if it rides as good as it looks.
