I made two more boards this week. I took two pieces of 1/2" birch ply screw them together then cut and sanded them at the same time. two for one. the cost was about $15 ea. I sold one on the beach for $100 the first day I took it out SCORE! I still have one left that is like haveing your cake and eating it too the boards are 44"x20" stain blue looks cool
