Kenu Hawaii - what can be done with soft foam?

Not all foam body boards are the same. Here are some examples of custom boards that have very interesting features.

Rails starting as diamond in the front transitioning to round to down at the tail - its thin .. 2 1/4' X 21 X 42. He uses some kind of plate rather than rods for strength..

Just saying its possible to get more shape and fins on a soft foam body board then you might think.

Those boards have hard plastic bottoms like the original 80's Turbo bodyboards. In the last vid that shows the Kenu board line, it looks like he's still making a board similar to the old "Super Turbo" from the old days. That board had skegs and was about 48". I really wanted one as a kid, but it was unaffordable. I got to ride one a few times, and it made a good kneeboard. I posted before that I was talking with an older guy on O'ahu back in Feb that had a twin fin Kenu in the 4 ft something range. I didn't have time to see if the guy rode it prone, knee, or stand up.
