Re: Some Different Board Designs
I see your leash plug is located centre of your board. Does it get in the way often or are riding/paddling off the back? I'm presuming you are using a bicep style leash.

Re: Some Different Board Designs
Just something new to try out. Shaped board to ride both directions so wanted to test out a center position instead of 1 plug at each end. Using a 4-5 inch cord to create a little more slack in the leash (wrist or bicep) and so far no complaints. We will see with more people riding them...bgreen wrote:I see your leash plug is located centre of your board. Does it get in the way often or are riding/paddling off the back? Re: Some Different Board Designs
I like the little boards you made for you and your familly, their look is nice, short and rounded. I guess all these hard wood boards are quite heavy, aren't you afraid to be hit by them during the rides ?

Re: Some Different Board Designs
They are mostly made of paulonia wood and really aren't that heavy. Most of the time I don't lose control of them and have only been dinged a couple of times.zensuni wrote:I like the little boards you made for you and your familly, their look is nice, short and rounded.
