My wife filmed it at Anglesea Beach, down here in Southern Australia. Its not really a great surf beach as it usually closes out in anything over 2 foot waves. Its great fun for the kids though!

2 feet or 2 inches - that little guy is catching waves and having fun! (He caught more waves in two minutes than I did in 2 hours yesterday.)
