Been away from the forum, but I've been busy with some new boards. Varnishing my first alaia and hoping to test run it as soon as some waves hit here (it's the slow season here). Also got a handplane in the works....
Anyway, this was one of my first boards, the only one that survived anyway. It's about 46" long 15" wide, not sure exactly what kind of foam it is but it has that stupid nylon mesh coating. Wonder if it's worth taking that off, reshaping then glassing?

Unless you know exactly what the foam is I wouldn't try to glass it - you could end up with a pile of chemical squish. Resin/epoxy eating up the foam.

If you are going to glass it use epoxi to be on the safe side (but why) get some new foam and use it for a templet
