48x19.5x2.4 step deck with rail that are a cross between standard displacement hull and bodyboard. convex entry, flat middle and very very slight concave out the tail. rode it 3-5 mushburgers at high tide but, it rode real well. probably undersized for the slop. it floats good, too good for me, i like my boards thinner, usually 1-1.5" for foam, 1/2" for ply. i didnt ride it without the fin but i will be, hopefully by the weekend.
This board will be for sale, i already know its to floaty for me.

Re: experimental tombstone
My latest board was also on the floaty side (25L)
Would be interested to hear how you describe what you don't like when the board is to floaty?

Re: experimental tombstone
Looks like an interesting board. I want to try and do a more convex board sometime. Give us more reports.
